Northwoods is a product of four dedicated musicians wanting to make honest art. Austin Woods, the driving force behind Northwoods founded the band with his good friend and unbelievable drummer, Marcello Sanchez, in 2022. Austin has a unique, haunting style of songwriting. He captures scenes of love and loss, triumphs and tragedies woven into every honest lyric he writes. They recruited Brendan Comer on bass in mid-2022. The Denver music graduate brings his life long experience to the bottom end.

After playing a few shows they were joined by Luke William on guitar. Luke was the piece of the puzzle that had been missing to bring Northwoods’ unique blend of music genres together. With a combined 20+ years in the music industry Northwoods is ready to bring their brand of rock and roll to your festival, theater, club, or party.

The band’s stage presence was fun and light-hearted, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. They were also incredibly easy to work with-flexible, accommodating, and always helpful. The resdents were so impressed that they’ve already asked when Northwoods can return for another community concert. Highly recommend!
